DESIGNING A CONDO FOR RENTAL – When we first saw this Rehoboth Beach 3 bedroom condo it had all white walls, all white carpeted floors, and pickled oak cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms. It lacked warmth and life. We selected a palette of Martha Stewart colors that worked well together because although completely different, they are all the same saturation. Green was the primary color with purple and cool grey as accents. The accessories were chosen to bridge the three colors. The result is a friendly, energetic, cozy dwelling that gets repeat rentals.
