I had a great foundation when I took on this design
project. The owner had renovated a challenging warehouse space. He had furnished it rather sparsely with very few details or accessories. I filled it with the details and a color palette reminiscent of a Ralph Lauren design. With a pop of color here and there, the whole townhouse took on a renewed energy. It is really lovely.
The townhouse sold for $1,750,000 in under 90 days
LUXURY DOWNTOWN TOWNHOUSE – STAGING TO SELL
I often use existing furnishings and enhance them with additional accessories, lighting, color. It starts with a color palette, then determining the proper flow of the room. The reason people can be uncomfortable in their existing spaces can often be tied to several things: a fragmented color palette, lack of flow and missing the details that create dimension and texture.
