One facet of home staging to sell is about de-personalizing, the other aspect is creating a magical ambiance. I stage a space to make it not only easy for home shoppers to imagine themselves in the space, but WANT to be in the space. Another important aspect about home staging is making sure you, the homeowner, feel comfortable with the suggestions and changes, and are as much a part of the process as you wish to be. INTERIOR DESIGN RENOVATION
When I walked into this $50,000 townhome, I saw all the possibilities screaming to come out. It was charming then but it's remarkable now. I have a passion for transforming these charming yet tired (or even ramshackle) homes. If you have a property or space you'd like to reimagine, whether large or small, the process is the same. We start with hand sketches, color swatches and help you by painting a picture of your dream space. Then we coordinate all of our craftsman and quarterback the project for you from start to finish.

ONE DAY DECORATING
I have a passion for working with homeowners to create the perfect ambiance in their living spaces. Often it's a matter of moving furniture and placing lighting and wall art and cherished decor in just the right spot so it gets noticed and enjoyed more. On every decorate-in-a-day project I hear, "Ahhh, I never thought to do that!" It's a fun and exhiliarating experience and not unlike setting the stage for a theatrical production!

I work with you to imagine the setting and the decor for your dream wedding and team with my partners to bring it to life. We do party decor and wedding decor designed to enhance these magical moments.
DOWNSIZING:
I offer a fresh outside perspective and help homeowners who are downsizing and a bit overwhelmed or frustrated trying to determine what to prune from their large home to set up their new home with the perfect selections that match their new lifestyle.
COLOR CONSULTATION:
Choosing room colors is an arduous and difficult process for even the most creative of us. There are tricks and tips I’ve learned over the years that have to do with color and lighting that can create just the mood someone is looking for. Its the easiest way to freshen up a space and make a dramatic change in the look and feel of a room.
HOURLY SHOPPING:
When homeowners need a second voice or opinion on thoughts and ideas they have about a furnishing they wish to purchase, I help guide them based on what I hear them saying their dream is. I will shop for clients or with them at their convenience.
DECORATING AT A DISTANCE:
Visualizing how to arrange a space, or having several options to consider, helps alleviate unnecessary furniture juggling and helps a homeowner get excited about their home. I used photos and dimensions supplied by clients and after a short discussion provide them with visual renditions of options on how a room can be arranged. I also provide advice about flooring, paint colors, fabrics, lighting, furniture placement and art and accessories placement.
